Although the colors of the fall & the shadow of the tree are good. It is a bit too busy for me.
Also the subject is not strongly expressed by the composition !!!

Very nice colors....A little overexposed......The person on the wheelchair is very moving.....nice that he enjoys nature........I also think that it would look better if he would be closer.
